I'm a Product Designer with 9+ years of experience. I work across the full cycle of a product, from early research to delivered design. Most of my work has been in regulated industries, mostly pharma.

Most of that came from six years at a global pharma-tech company. As a UX designer, I led design for one of their biggest clients. Later, as a lead, I took over another major account, one with its own autonomy inside the company, and built its entire design setup from nothing: the team, the process, the documentation. I hired designers, ran design reviews, and mentored junior designers.

Because I cover the whole cycle, what I do changes from week to week: running user research across several markets, then building a design system or delivering final components. On one project I reworked 300+ screens of an iPad sales tool and co-ran research across three markets. On another, I designed an internal estimation tool that reduced time for estimating routine tasks by around 60%, and large ones by 20–30%.

I also ran the design team of a small agency as acting Head of Design, building the department from scratch and owning hiring, budget, roadmap, and client relationships. One product there was a B2B wholesale ordering portal I took from zero to launch, with 8 flows and a design system, in about three months.

Regulated products come with a lot of constraints. In pharma, every screen goes through medical, legal, and regulatory review before release. You often can't reach real users, and the data you'd want isn't there. I've worked in this environment for years, and I've learned to make solid decisions with the limited data I have.
